Miss Nelson is Missing!

I have started collecting children's books (you know, for the kids that I'm going to have in 15 years?) and I've been remembering some of the books that I loved as a kid.

This was one of my favorites, next time I'm at the book store I've definitely got to pick it up!

A Real Life Tea Set

I just recently have taken a liking to tea. Now I want to pour it out of an old fashioned tea pot and drink it from a delicate little tea cup.

Uniform Closet Hangers

As part of my Project Organization Plan, I would like to get rid of all the hangers in my house right now.

Joan Crawford would shoot me if she saw my closet right now. Wire hanger galore!
What makes it worse is that mixed in with all the skinny wire hangers are plastic hangers, cloth hangers, & store hangers all making my closet look cluttered and not pretty.

Now I've just got to figure out what hanger is best for my clothes and replace every single one!

To Get My House Organized

I just finished listening to this web conference called Inspired Women. It has been great to listen to everyone's presentations and be inspired. I have to say that Karin's presentation on Home Organizational Systems was my favorite.

She had great handouts and so many ideas of how to get your house and life organized. She even pin pointed the reasons that are stopping me from actually starting the organizational process.

I am so motivated right now I want to just do it all!!!

Karin is my hero.

Cafe Rio's Famous Tortilla Soup

I was a hater. I hated Cafe Rio. I still don't understand why everyone LOVES it, and why there is always a huge line whenever you go, but I have finally found something that I will eat there.

My dad took me to lunch last Friday for the soup and I have to admit I was a little skeptical of his idea. But when I saw them assemble our soup I got a little excited. And when we sat down to eat it, I devoured it! It was so good I couldn't get it in my mouth fast enough.

And it filled me up! It's one powerful bowl of soup. I've had it two other times since and I'm still craving it!

New Cleaning Ladies

If you happen to be my friend on facebook then you know that I've been trying to fire my cleaning girls for months now. I just can't fire someone. I don't want to hurt their feelings but they really suck. They came again on Tuesday and I think that will be the last time. I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna tell them not to come back.

A Tripod For My Camera

I don't want one of these, I NEED one of these! I am on so many damn medications that my hands shake constantly. Trying to hold them still while taking a picture is impossible.

Principato is only sold exclusively to Olive Garden so when I went searching for it to buy for my brother-in-law's birthday, I failed miserably. And Olive Garden doesn't have the license to sell by the bottle without opening it at the restaurant first.

More Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts!

What was I thinking only bringing 6 boxes home from Hawaii? And those 6 boxes are going to my boss and my family, not one left over for me. Now I'm craving them and the boxes are sitting there unopened taunting me, daring me to eat them instead of giving them away.
